Formula integrity
Broken references, formula gaps, hard-coded overrides, pattern drift, and circular dependencies.
Catch spreadsheet problems before they become real problems.
Upload your Excel workbook for a clear look at broken formulas, hidden dependencies, data inconsistencies, and other common mistakes. Know where to look before you rely on the numbers.

Deterministic checks and carefully labeled review signals help you focus on the issues that matter.
Broken references, formula gaps, hard-coded overrides, pattern drift, and circular dependencies.
Numeric constants, external links, volatile functions, hidden sheets, and manual calculation mode.
Numbers stored as text, duplicate headers, inconsistent formats, whitespace, and structural anomalies.
Understand the location, evidence, confidence, and a practical next step for each issue.
Start with what needs attention, then explore by worksheet, category, or priority. The evidence stays close to the explanation.

Not every unusual cell is an error. Spreadsheet Checkup separates stronger defect signals from items that deserve review. It doesn't recalculate formulas, repair your file, or guarantee that your workbook is correct.
It checks formula integrity, repeated formula patterns, hard-coded assumptions, circular and broken references, suspicious totals, hidden dependencies, duplicate key fields, data-type inconsistencies, number-format drift, external links, hidden content, and other workbook-level review signals.
No. Some spreadsheet mistakes require business context that software cannot infer. The checker is designed to narrow your review to cells and workbook structures that deserve attention, while clearly separating stronger defect signals from lower-confidence heuristics.
The application does not provide workbook storage or uploaded-file history. A workbook is processed for the current request and is not intentionally retained by the application after that request. See the privacy page for the full explanation.
Yes. The checker can inspect .xlsx and .xlsm workbooks up to 10 MB. VBA presence is reported as workbook context, but macros are never executed.
A number such as a tax rate, price, threshold, or growth assumption can be difficult to discover when it is repeated directly inside formulas. The checker looks for numeric constants participating in formula logic and also highlights repeated assumptions that may be easier to maintain as labeled input cells.
No. The checker is read-only. It reports what it found, where it found it, the evidence behind the finding, and what you may want to inspect next. It does not silently rewrite formulas or workbook data.
